 Returns & Exchange

 At The Terra Tribe, every product passes through a strict quality check but if you are still not satisfied with the product, we are more than happy to exchange it. 

For any exchange or return, please email us at info@theterratribe.in.
We have a 14 days return or exchange policy subject to the product being in the same condition as you received it, unworn and with the tags intact. We do not have a refund policy except for items received in damaged condition. A store credit that is valid for 6 months is given in all other instances.

Kindly note that all our garments are hand dyed and/or hand woven. Celebrate the imperfections of owning a product that is hand made.
